About Synap Matrix Hub

Our registered business

Synap Matrix Hub operates as Synap Matrix Hub Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We were established in 2021 after our founders noticed a gap between the wallet guides available online and the practical support newcomers actually needed.

What began as informal help sessions for friends in Redbridge grew into structured workshops and one-to-one appointments at our studio on Bramley Crescent. We have run more than 200 sessions since opening, always keeping group sizes small and content focused on safety rather than speculation.

What we do

We teach wallet creation, recovery phrase management, and everyday security habits for Solana. Our sessions are educational — we do not manage funds, recommend tokens, or provide investment guidance. Every learner leaves with written materials they can refer to at home.

Most of our work happens in person at our Ilford studio, though video sessions are available for people who cannot travel to Greater London. We also maintain a learning journal with articles on specific wallet questions our clients raise during sessions.

How we work

We believe wallet education works best when it is slow, repeatable, and tied to the device you actually use. That means no rushing through seed phrase generation, no skipping the restore drill, and no assumption that everyone learns the same way. Our guides adapt pace to each person while following a consistent safety framework.

We keep detailed session notes internally (never including private keys or recovery phrases) so returning clients can pick up where they left off. If you attended a group workshop and later want a one-to-one follow-up, we already know your starting point.
